Intel has announced the appointment of Justin Hotard as the executive vice president and general manager of its Data Center and AI Group (DCAI).

Intel is launching a generative artificial intelligence company for enterprise customers in partnership with investment firm DigitalBridge. Called Articul8, the company will offer a full-stack generative AI software platform based on data from within a company's security perimeter. 

Intel has inked a collaboration with Databricks to integrate its Granulate's optimization solutions with Databricks' Data Intelligence Platform as part of the Databricks Partner Program.

VMware has announced a collaborative effort with Intel to enhance the adoption of artificial intelligence (AI) across various computing environments, including data centers, cloud, and edge.

Intel announced plans to build a new semiconductor assembly and test facility near Wrocław, Poland. An investment of up to $4.6 billion is expected to go into the facility.
