Adobe and Figma have jointly decided to terminate their previously announced merger agreement.

Applied Materials has signed a definitive agreement to acquire Kokusai Electric for $2.2 billion in cash from global investment firm KKR

Semiconductor testing company Cohu and Xcerra  have entered into a definitive merger agreement, where Cohu is acquiring Xcerra for a combination of cash and stock. The deal is valued at roughly $627 million. 

Thales is acquiring security company Gemalto for €51 per share. The combined entities will have more than 28,000 engineers, 3,000 researchers, and invest more than €1 billion in self-funded R&D, according to a statement from Thales.
