T-Mobile deploys customer care resolution tool from Tupl

T-Mobile has deployed Tupl’s Automated Customer Care Resolution (ACCR) tool, a platform that integrates with network and subscriber performance data. The ACCR tool is 100 times faster and up to 4 times more accurate than legacy resolution methodologies, providing automation levels around 90 per cent; said the companies in a statement.

Tupl’s platform uses Artificial Intelligence (AI) to resolve technically complex and time-consuming issues.
