Soundrop Closes $3.4M Funding

SoundropNorway-based social music discovery platform Soundrop has closed a 3.4 million funding round. The investments was led by Northzone and Investinor.

Northzone invested in Soundrop’s first round and is also the lead investor in Spotify and X5 Music. Investinor is an investment company backed by the Norwegian government.

Soundrop is available as an app for Spotify, on the web at play.soundrop.fm, on Facebook, and as apps for iOS andAndroid.
