Smarsh Acquires AdvisorSquare From Symantec

Managed services company Smarsh has acquired AdvisorSquare from Symantec. AdvisorSquare is aprovider of websites designed specifically for financial services professionals. AdvisorSquare joins the Smarsh suite of website design, hosting, archiving and complianceservices for financial firms.

Financial terms of the transaction was not revealed.
