Sixgill, an enterprise proximity services provider in Santa Monica, CA, has raised $6 million in funding. The round was led by DRW Ventures, with additional participation by Mobile Financial Partners. Sixgill says it will use the funding to expand its sales and marketing efforts, as well as focus on product development.
