Shutterfly chairman Philip Marineau resigns from the board

Digital photo company Shutterfly said Philip Marineau, the company’s chairman, will resign from the board of directors. Brian Swette, governance committee chair, will serve as interim chairman. The news comes just weeks after the appointment of a new CEO.

Shutterfly has retained global executive search and leadership consulting firm Spencer Stuart to manage the search process for filling open board seats including the chairmanship.
