Groupon has appointed Jeffrey Housenbold, president and CEO of Shutterfly, to the company’s board. He joins Ted Leonsis, Eric Lefkofsky, Peter Barris, Robert Bass, Daniel Henry, Mellody Hobson and Brad Keywell on Groupon’s board.
