ServiceNow to acquire G2K

ServiceNow has signed an agreement to acquire G2K, an artificial intelligence-based platform that connects real-time data across storefronts and various physical locations, providing retail companies a view of operational data.

ServiceNow intends to integrate G2K’s smart IoT technology into the Now Platform, allowing businesses to process digital and in-store data through enterprise-grade workflows.

G2K, founded in 2013 by Karsten Neugebauer and Omar El Gohary, has over 200 employees spread across offices in Berlin, Cairo, Dubai, and Mexico. The company is headquartered in Munich, Germany.

Tidal Partners acted as the exclusive financial advisor to ServiceNow for the transaction, while Baker McKenzie provided legal counsel.
