SecurityScorecard Raises $12M Series A Round

Threat management software company SecurityScorecard has raised $12.5 million in Series A financing. The investment was led by Sequoia Capital, with participation from existing investors Boldstart and Evolution Equity Partners. Michael Goguen, partner at Sequoia, has joined the company’s board. The company has raised a total of $14.7 million.
