Salesforce, Twitter Form Global Strategic Alliance

Salesforce.com and Twitter have formed a global strategic alliance that provides Salesforce Radian6 customers full access to all the public tweets in Twitter.  Salesforce users can analyze the more than 400 million tweets generated daily for analytics, customer engagement, and so on.

The alliance builds on an existing three-year relationship between the two companies.
