RightCare Solutions Raises $1.75M Series A Financing

RightCare Solutions,  an evidence-based technology organization specializing in hospital discharge planning and readmission management, has secured a Series A venture capital financing, led by Compass Partners,  and Domain Associates.

The new funding will permit RightCare to further develop its Discharge Decision Support System Platform and expand early market adoption, says the company.
