Retired HP CTO Shane Robison Joins Fusion-io’s Board

The Fusion-io Board has elected Shane V. Robison, age 58, as a Director of the company, effective immediately.  Mr. Robison served as executive vice president and chief strategy and technology officer of Hewlett-Packard Company (HP) from May 2002 until he retired on November 1, 2011.

Mr. Robison will serve on the Board’s Audit Committee and Nominating and Corporate Governance Committees.
