PTC, Rockwell Automation extend partnership to advance IoT and AR in manufacturing

PTC and Rockwell Automation are extending their collaboration, focusing on promoting the adoption of Internet of Things (IoT) and Augmented Reality (AR) software by manufacturing businesses.

As part of their continuing agreement, Rockwell Automation will resell PTC’s IoT software, ThingWorx, including the Digital Performance Management manufacturing solution. In addition, Rockwell Automation will offer PTC’s Vuforia AR software to its new and existing customers across both discrete and process manufacturing sectors.
