Prowler raises $6M

Portland, Maine-based Prowler, a company specializing in open cloud security, has raised a $6 million seed funding round. The investment was led by Decibel VC.

Prowler is a newly formed company led by Casey Rosenthal, CEO and Toni de la Fuente, CTO. The company contains 300 controls covering CIS, PCI-DSS, ISO27001, GDPR, HIPAA, FFIEC, SOC2, AWS FTR, ENS and custom security frameworks. It is available through the AWS Marketplace.
