Polaroid Built A Tablet Just For Kids

Polaroid has built a 7.0” $149.99 tablet just for kids. The PTAB750 devices feature the Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich, and are designed and manufactured by Southern Telecom, an authorized Polaroid licensee.

The white 7-inch tablets have a 1GHz processor, 8GB of internal memory, 512MB of RAM, USB port and an SD card slot for extended memory. They include Integrated side and rear rubber bumpers for added protection.

The tablets come with a customized suite of apps like Kids Cam, Music Studio and Draw, and features Kids Vids, an app that allows children to stream safe and filtered videos for all age groups, and Free Play, a list of all the free games/apps available for download from the kid-friendly App Shop.
