PGi to acquire ReadyTalk

PGi has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire Denver-based ReadyTalk, a provider of cloud communications services.

ReadyTalk was founded in 2001 and, according to a statement released by PGi provides collaboration software and services to more than 6,000 small- and mid-sized businesses.

Subject to customary closing conditions, the transaction is expected to close at the end of the month. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
