Oculus Rift Headsets Hit The Stores

Oculus Rift virtual reality headsets will be hitting retail shelves for the first time, starting this May. A limited number of Oculus Rift headsets will be available for purchase from Best Buy stores around the country staring May 7th. The Oculus Rift headsets will also be available online from Microsoft and Amazon, starting May 6th. Customers who have already pre-ordered their rifts can purchase the devices from retail, while keeping their pre-order benefits, says Oculus.

Users who want to try the headsets can schedule demos up to a month in advance in 48 Best Buy locations with dedicated Intel in-store zones.
