NSS Labs raises $16 million

Information security research and advisory company NSS Labs has secured $16 million of new equity and bank financing. The round was led by Delta-v Capital with participation from existing investor, LiveOak Venture Partners.

David Schaller, managing director of Delta-v Capital will join the NSS Labs board.  Dan Williams, vice president of Delta-v Capital, will be named a board observer.

The new investment follows last year’s $7 million seed funding by LiveOak Venture Partners and Chevron Technology Ventures.
