Noble Systems Acquires Open Wave

Noble Systems has announced the acquisition of Australia-based Open Wave, a Workforce Management (WFM) software and solutions specialist with a significant workforce and technology footprint at its EMEA headquarters in London. The transaction includes all assets and intellectual property including Open Wave’s ShiftTrack WFM solution. The size of the deal was not disclosed.
