Motorola Solutions appoints Nicole Anasenes to board

Motorola Solutions announced the appointment of Nicole Anasenes to its board of directors. Ms. Anasenes has over two decades of experience in leadership roles across software and services, market development, acquisitions, and business transformation.

Currently, Ms. Anasenes holds the position of chief financial officer and senior vice president of Finance at ANSYS, a company specializing in engineering simulation software and services. She will step down from her role at Ansys on February 22, 2024, but will continue her employment with the company until June 7, 2024.

Ms. Anasenes’s career includes roles as chief financial officer and chief operating officer at Squarespace, chief financial officer at Infor, and various leadership positions at IBM. Ms. Anasenes has also served on the boards of Ansys from July 2018 to December 2020 and VMware from April 2022 to November 2023.

Ms. Anasenes has a bachelor’s degree in Economics and International Business from New York University and an M.B.A. from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
