Moovit raises $50 million

Transit data and mobility analytics company Moovit has closed a $50 million Series D round. The investment was led by Intel Capital.

Existing investors Sequoia, BMW iVentures, NGP, Ashton Kutcher’s Sound Ventures, BRM, Gemini, Vaizra, and Vintage also participated in the round; along with Hanaco.
