Microsoft Releases IE 10 For Windows 7

Microsoft has released IE 10 for Windows 7, bringing Internet Explorer to over 700 million Windows customers. IE 10 was so far available only to Windows 8 users.

IE 10 delivers a 20% increase in real-world site performance over IE 9, is full-screen, and designed around multi-finger touch. The browser also features malware protection, Do Not Track, and a SmartScreen security technology that blocks socially-engineered malware.

Microsoft also introduced a new IE 10 commercial featuring singer, song-writer, and composer Blake Lewis.
