Microsoft buys AI-powered scheduling app Genee

Microsoft has signed an agreement to acquire Genee, an artificial intelligence-powered scheduling app for meetings. Genee uses natural language processing and optimized decision-making algorithms, says Microsoft. 

Co-founders Ben Cheung and Charles Lee, who started the company in 2014, plan to join Microsoft. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
