Microsoft announces supply chain platform

Microsoft has launched a supply chain platform, which the Redmond giants says will helps organizations maximize their supply chain data estate investment, by combining AI, collaboration, low-code, security and SaaS applications in a composable platform.

At the core of Microsoft’s supply chain platform is the Supply Chain Center, a ready-made command center for supply chain visibility, which the company announced as a preview. The Supply Chain Center is designed to work natively with an organization’s supply chain data and applications, says Microsoft. During the preview, C.H. Robinson, FedEx, FourKites and Overhaul will offer native experiences within Supply Chain Center.
