McAfee to acquire Skyhigh Networks

McAfee and Skyhigh Networks have inked a definitive agreement to combine businesses, with McAfee acquiring the cloud security company for an undisclosed amount.

Skyhigh has reportedly raised over $100 million. Investors in the company include Salesforce, Sequoia Capital, and Greylock.

Skyhigh CEO Rajiv Gupta will join McAfee CEO Chris Young’s leadership team. The company’s existing organizational structure is expected to remain generally intact as well.
