Maxwell Health Raises $26.4M Investment Round

Maxwell Health, a health-as-a-service platform for employee healthcare, has raised $26.4 million in an investment round led by Adams Street Partners. The financing also saw participation from Cambia Health Solutions and Schooner Capital, along with Brothers Brook and Annox Capital. Existing investors Vaizra Investments, Tribeca Venture Partners, Catalyst Health Ventures, Serious Change, and Lerer Hippeau Ventures participated in the round as well.

Maxwell Health had previously raised an $8 million series A round in December 2013.
