Marye Anne Fox To Leave Red Hat Board

Marye Anne Fox has submitted her resignation from the Red Hat board, says the company. Ms. Fox, Chancellor Emerita at the University of California, San Diego, has served as a director of Red Hat since 2002, and currently is a member of its compensation committee and nominating and corporate governance committee.
