LexisNexis Acquires Sanction Solutions

LexisNexis Legal & Professional has acquired Sanction Solutions, a provider of presentation software and services used by lawyers, paralegals and litigation support directors.

Sanction delivers services throughout the litigation workflow, particularly for case assessment, planning and presentation. It will be integrated with the LexisNexis CaseMap suite that contains the CaseMap, TextMap and TimeMap tools. Sanction software also integrates with third-party applications and utilizes Microsoft databases. Sanction will continue to be offered as a stand-alone product.

 Headquartered in Phoenix, Sanction Solutions was founded in 1999 and is a division of Esquire Deposition Solutions. The size of the deal was not shared.
