LastPass appoints Asad Siddiqui as CIO

LastPass has announced the appointment of Asad Siddiqui as its new chief information officer (CIO). Mr. Siddiqui will lead the company’s IT strategy, focusing on supporting LastPass’ business goals through technology. His role includes developing a technology plan that aims for ongoing transformation, innovation, security, and trust, aligning with LastPass’ vision.

Before joining LastPass, Mr. Siddiqui served as the CIO at Celigo. His prior positions include leadership roles at Asana, LinkedIn, and Zynga.

Mr. Siddiqui holds a master’s degree in computer science and engineering, underpinning his technical and strategic expertise. His career reflects a strong record of linking business goals with technology solutions, spurring innovation, and achieving growth.
