Kustomer raises $26 million

CRM platform company Kustomer has raised $26 million in a Series B financing round. Redpoint Ventures led the round, with participation from Series A investors Canaan Partners, Boldstart Ventures, and Social Leverage. Cisco Investments also joined as a new investor.

Tomasz Tunguz, partner at Redpoint Ventures, will join Kustomer’s board.

Kustomer has raised $38.5 million to date.
