KPMG Acquires Optimum Solutions

KPMG has completed the acquisition of Optimum Solutions.  The acquisition was initially announced on September 29, 2011. Financial terms of the agreement were not disclosed. Optimum Solutions is an Oracle Platinum Partner and provides enterprise system implementation and integration consulting services.

“The addition of Optimum Solutions immediately helps KPMG address the growing, broad-based demand for ERP and HR transformation capabilities we’re seeing in the market,” said John B. Veihmeyer, chairman and CEO with KPMG.
