KPMG And Apptio Form Business Alliance

KPMG, the U.S. audit, tax and advisory firm, and Apptio, a provider of Technology Business Management (TBM) solutions, have formed a business alliance. Under the terms of the partnership, KPMG will leverage Apptio’s enterprise Software as a Service (SaaS) platform as well as its applications in IT strategy and CIO advisory engagements.

KPMG has built an Apptio consulting network to deliver configuration services and IT optimization services for joint clients. The network is staffed by practitioners who have undergone extensive Apptio training and certification. Additionally, a broader team of KPMG IT strategy and performance client partners and consultants have been trained on the Apptio solution to help their clients drive IT transformation initiatives, says KPMG.
