Klout Acquires Blockboard

Klout has acquired Blockboard. This is Klout’s first acquisition. Blockboard’s entire staff is joining Klout.

Blockboard is a early-stage startup based out of San Francisco. Prior to early 2011, the company was known as “BlockChalk”.
