Jive Software Announces Pricing Of Initial Public Offering

Jive Software has announced the pricing of its initial public offering of 13,439,600 shares of its common stock at a price to the public of $12.00 per share. The shares are expected to begin trading on The Nasdaq Global Select Market on December 13, 2011 under the symbol “JIVE.”

Jive is offering 10,072,463 shares of common stock and selling stockholders are offering 3,367,137 shares of common stock. In addition, Jive has granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to 2,015,940 additional shares of common stock to cover over-allotments, if any.

Morgan Stanley and Goldman Sachs are acting as lead book-running managers for the offering, and Citigroup and UBS Securities  are acting as joint book-running managers. BMO Capital Markets and Wells Fargo Securities are acting as co-managers.
