Jirav raises $20M

San Francisco, Calif.-based Jirav has raised $20 million in a Series B funding round. The investment was led by Cota Capital.

Born Capital and Alumni Ventures also participated in Jirav’s fundraising, along with existing investors Information Venture Partners and Bluefish Ventures.

Kevin Jacques from Cota Capital and Erik Asgeirsson, CPA.com CEO, are joining the Jirav board.

Jirav provides a budgeting, forecasting, dashboarding, and analytics solution for small to medium size companies and accounting firms.
