Jawbone Launches The Up Platform

Jawbone has launched the Up platform for iOS and unveiled ten apps that have integrated with Up, the wristband and app system from the Jawbone stable, that helps users monitor their activities and calorie intake.

Jawbone says it will open the API for others to integrate services with Up. Apps that now integrate with Up include IFTTT, LoseIt, Maxwell Health, MapMyFitness, MyFitnessPal, Notch, RunKeeper, Sleepio, Wello and Withings.
