Invincea Raises $16 Million

Security software company Invincea has raised $16 million in a Series C equity round led by Aeris Capital and Dell Ventures. Existing investors Grotech Ventures, Harbert Ventures, and New Atlantic Ventures also participated in the investment.

In another development, Invincea has acquired Sandboxie, a company in the virtualized containment solutions space.
