Infosys CEO Vishal Sikka resigns

Infosys CEO Vishal Sikka has resigned, the company said in a statement. Dr. Sikka has been appointed executive vice chairman.

U. B. Pravin Rao has been appointed interim chief executive officer and managing director. He will be reporting to Dr. Sikka under the overall supervision and control of the board.
