Infoblox Announces Pricing Of IPO

Infoblox has announced the pricing of its initial public offering of 7,500,000 shares of its common stock at a price to the public of $16.00 per share. Of the 7,500,000 shares of Infoblox common stock being offered, 5,744,343 shares are being offered by Infoblox and 1,755,657 shares are being offered by certain selling stockholders. The shares are expected to begin trading on the New York Stock Exchange on April 20, 2012 under the symbol “BLOX.”

Morgan Stanley and Goldman, Sachs are acting as lead joint book-running managers for the offering, UBS Securities is serving as a joint book-running manager for the offering, and Pacific Crest Securities, JMP Securities and Stephens are serving as co-managers for the offering.
