ICF awarded $24M contract by Puerto Rico for disaster recovery services

ICF has been awarded a three-year contract by the Government of Puerto Rico’s Public Private Partnership Authority (P3). The contract, worth $24 million, is for the provision of disaster recovery project development services.

Key technologies to be used in this project include remote sensing integrated with artificial intelligence for damage documentation; digital data collection for data analysis; and ICF’s own cloud-based grant management solution, disasTRAX, for centralized project management and reporting.

The contract term consists of a one-year base period and two one-year options, reinforcing the ongoing collaboration between ICF and the Puerto Rico Government.
