IBM Launches Digital Loan Processing Platform

IBM has launched a Digital Loan Processing platform, which integrates the core lending business process with mobile applications and analytics.

Borrowers can engage in real-time during every aspect of the loan application process using this platform, says IBM, from applying online, uploading documents, and acting on inquiries, to monitoring loan approval status, using their mobile devices.

Aligned with IBM’s Smarter Commerce initiative, the Digital Loan Processing solution is a managed services solution, and integrated with the IBM Impact loan fulfillment platform and borrower portal, with Worklight mobility capabilities, Optical Character Recognition, Intelligent Character Recognition, FileNet imaging, IBM Business Process Manager workflow, and Social Media Platform.
