IBM appoints Marianne Brown to its board

IBM has appointed Marianne Brown to its board of directors.

Ms. Brown was formerly chief operating officer at Fidelity National Information Services’ Global Financial Solutions business. Her expertise includes technology services, cybersecurity, and management of data-intensive enterprises.

Ms. Brown serves on the boards of Akamai Technologies, Charles Schwab, and Northrop Grumman. She graduated from Concordia College with a degree in business administration.
