HP Board Declares Regular Dividend

The HP board of directors has declared a regular cash dividend of 13.2 cents per share on the company’s common stock. The dividend, the third in HP’s fiscal year 2012, is payable on July 5, 2012, to stockholders of record as of the close of business on June 13, 2012.

HP has approximately 2 billion shares of common stock outstanding.
