Hippocratic AI raises $50M

Palo Alto, Calif.-based Hippocratic AI, a company with a mission to develop artificial Health General Intelligence (HGI), has raised a $50 million seed round. The investment was co-led by General Catalyst and Andreessen Horowitz.

Hippocratic AI provides a LLM for healthcare, with a model outperforming GPT-4 on 105 of 114 healthcare exams and certifications currently, according to the company.
