Groupon has acquired social gifting site Plumfare for an undisclosed sum.

“Plumfare set out to make it easy to find the best local gifts and experiences and we’re looking forward to continuing that mission at our new home,” said Plumfare in their corporate website

All its existing gifts can still be redeemed, and Plumfare says it is adding new gifts in time for the holiday season.
