Graylog raises $39M

Houston, Texas-headquartered Graylog, a company specializing in Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) and log management, has raised $39 million.

Graylog’s funding was led by new investor Silver Lake Waterman and included participation from existing investors Piper Sandler and Harbert Growth Partners.

Graylog plans to use the new funding to accelerate product development, scale its global go-to-market strategies, and transition towards profitability, says the company.
