Google Ventures Leads Crittercism’s $12 Million Series B Round

Mobile performance management company Crittercism has raised $12 million in Series B funding. The round was led by existing investor Google Ventures. Shasta Ventures and Opus Capital, also existing investors, participated in the round as well. Wesley Chan, general partner at Google Ventures, will be joining the Crittercism board.

Crittercism is conducting a private beta of its new mobile app network management solution.
