Good Technology Closes $80M Financing

Mobile security company Good Technology has closed a $80 million financing round, from undisclosed backers. Previous investors in the company include Draper Fisher Jurvetson, ePlanet Capital, GKM Newport, Meritech Capital Partners, Oak Investment Partners, Rustic Canyon Partners and Blueprint Ventures. Good enables secure mobility for more than 5,000 organizations worldwide in over 180 countries, including 100 percent of the Fortune 100 commercial banks, aerospace and defense firms, according to the company. Oppenheimer & Company served as sole book-running manager of the investment. Good Technology filed for an IPO earlier this year.
