AirDroids

AirDroids, a company making a personal flying robot powerful enough to carry a action camera, has raised $190,452 in KickStarter. Slots for the $495 pledge is still open, with delivery expected in June this year. 

The Pocket Drone is a multi-rotor system that when folded up has a smaller footprint than a 7″ tablet and is less than 3″ tall. It is made out of carbon fiber and advanced high impact plastics. 

The Pocket Drone is piloted with a standard radio controller, on a tablet with virtual sticks or by pre-defined GPS waypoints. Users can also record, save and share, or download flight plans.
